Attention all swimmers!!!
All of the coaches require their swimmers to bring water bottles to practice, along with that swimmers should keep hydrated throughout the season.

Coach Ed and Coach Luke would like their swimmers to bring no less than 32 oz. of water to practice each day... and drink it! Swimmers at these levels should be drinking a minimum of 2-3 quarts of water per day! More may be required during more intense practices.
Coach Danetta would like her swimmers to bring no less than 16 oz. of water to practice each day... and drink it! Swimmers at this level should be drinking a minimum of 1-2 quarts of water per day! Once again more may be required for more intense practices.
Water is important for optimal muscle performance!!!
